About Me:
Working as a Financial Services Professional for 18 years, Rick has extensive experience serving the public sector of various Federal, State and Local agencies and organizations such as the California State Sheriff’s Association, LA Unified School District, Conejo Valley Unified School District, as well as various Fire and Sheriff’s Departments.

He is extremely well versed with the CalPERS, CalSTRS, LACERA and VCERA pension systems and is a US Government Contractor officially authorized to train and advise Federal Agencies and their employees on the three federal pension systems (CSRS, FERS & FERS-RAE) as well as the federal government’s own Thrift Savings Plan 401(k).

Prior to entering the Financial Services industry, Rick was a top real estate agent and mortgage broker and has remained actively licensed for the last 28 years. Because real estate features so prominently in most everyone's retirement portfolio, Rick's experience and background in this area proves invaluable in providing a true holistic approach to the design and implementation of a sustainable retirement plan.

Rick became a resident of Westlake Village and the Conejo Valley in 1970 and is an active member of the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce, Conejo Valley Education Committee, The MDRT Foundation and Children’s Bureau.
