Take a look at what other have to say about our workshops...
I want to thank you on behalf of the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank for coming out and conducting a seminar on Getting Fiscally Fit. Employees walked away with useful information that they can apply in their households to secure a better future for themselves and their family. Many employees were talking amongst each other about different ways they can save more money. And, every attendee provided positive feedback about the seminar conducted.

Again, I want to thank you for coming out to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. I'm looking forward to working with you in the future.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your presentation to our office staff today. The topic, “First Time Home Buyers – Issues of Real Estate”, was well attended and feedback from the attendees was all very positive. Several small groups of employees continued conversations during break time amongst themselves. This was a good sign of learning in action.

The information was pertinent and might well have contributed to the employees financial ‘peace of mind’ in this challenging economy. Your willingness to share personal anecdotes to better explain each of the tips and strategies you addressed was a real plus. From “Tips Every First Time Buyer Should Know” to “Credit Scores and Debt Income” to “Mortgage Options and Types”, you covered all the basics, all the while engaging the participants with opportunities to ask questions relating to her or his own situation.

I believe I can speak for the staff in extending our thanks, once again, Mr. Lumiqued for your willingness to share your time and expertise. We’ve enjoyed meeting you and Ms. Morrison and will look forward to future SOFA presentations.
The staff at Recovery Resource Council has participated in several of SOFA's wonderful seminars over the past year. Our assigned presenter Mr. Hector Hinojosa has provided staff with excellent information. Several staff scheduled individual sessions and benefited greatly from his knowledge and advice.

Most recently in January 2012 Hector presented Getting Fiscally Fit which was well received. We have plans to schedule several more sessions because the information is invaluable to our staff.

thank you so much for providing a service to us we appreciate SOFA.
On behalf of Signal Centers I would like to express our appreciation for the training SOFA has provided for us this year. We are a non-profit organization and finding professionals willing to present on such critical topics i.e. Getting Fiscally Fit, Investing for Women, and You and Your Credit Score would be costly. Your willingness to allow us to stream the presentations via webinar and record for employees to watch at later date has greatly enabled us to reach a higher number of our employees.

Mr. Ryan Adams has been the guest speaker at the SOFA presentations. I can not tell you how impressive he is in his knowledge and ability to present the information in a manner that is understandable to all. Every employee who has attended the presentation either in person or via computer has expressed their appreciation and gratitude. We are looking forward to future presentations from SOFA and Mr. Adams.
On behalf of the employees of Taylor & Francis Group, LLC, I want to express appreciation to you and your colleagues for the three training sessions that SOFA provided this month. The presentations on Getting Fiscally Fit, Financial Blunders and Legal Lessons for Life were received with appreciation and enthusiasm. These courses will help our employees to start thinking about their future. The employee feedback was all positive and they felt the presenters did a great job defining and explaining each topic.

In today’s economy, many find it hard to think about how to manage their finances, and these courses came at a time when this information is needed and valued.

I enjoyed meeting both of the presenters and again I want to thank you for coming to Taylor and Francis and sharing this vital and timely information with us. We hope you will come out again next year to hold another presentation.
On behalf of members of the faculty and staff at the Bishop's School I would like to thank you for the seminar that you prepared and presented on "Getting Fiscally Fit". You presented a wide range of financial topics and then met with those who had more individualized questions. Those who attended are currently more proactive and knowledgeable regarding their financial future.

As teachers we very much appreciate your contribution to our financial education.
On behalf of the Bellingham Council on Aging and the seniors who attended your presentation on Tuesday the 19th:

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Many of the attendees praised the event and how interesting and informative it was. Most acknowledged that both of you made the sometimes confusing topics easy to understand as you both demonstrated an energetic, down-to-earth, professional style that kept them relaxed, engaged and even entertained.

We appreciate your time, the delicious refreshments, the kindness and information you offered to our seniors.

We look forward to having you visit again in the future and wish you and the rest of your family a safe and happy summer.
I am pleased to recommend George Pessotti, President, from the Society of Financial Awareness. George conducted a presentation for Chelmsford Housing Authority tenants and a Community Network Meeting for the Family Self-Sufficiency program in Greater Lowell. Tenants found the presentation to be very information and helpful. In fact some tenants have scheduled appointments with George to assist further with financial matters.

I, myself, found George to be very informative on a variety of pertinent financial topics. I would use SOFA again for Financial Awareness presentations.
We were approached by one of your representatives early this year about providing financial workshops for out staff. It took me awhile to get back to you, but we had our first seminar in April and have had one each month since. Ken who has been our presenter, has done an excellent job. He is prepared, knowledgeable and very flexible to our needs. We value and appreciate the service you provide and would highly recommend SOFA.
I have had the pleasure of working with Kurt Hemry, President of the Greater Portland Chapter of the Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA), a non-profit educational speakers bureau. We partnered with SOFA to hold a number of free, one hour lunch and learn seminars for our employees which were presented by Mr. Hemry.

The SOFA seminar choices include a broad range of financial topics that are of interest to people with varying degrees of financial knowledge. Our employees found the seminars to include information on financial issues commonly faced and found them to be interesting and relevant. A number of employees chose to schedule a free personal consultation to receive more personalized information. There were no references to any particular products or services, or the sense that a personal consultation was expected.

We appreciate SOFA for making this financial education available to us.
